Retro Custom Tracks only. Picking random or a regular track (including regular retros) will result in -30.
-FFA
-New CTs like Six King Labyrinth and MUSHROOM FUCKING PEAKS are a -30 penalty.
-Repeating a track will be -30
Banned Tracks: GBA Riverside Park, N64 Choco Mountain, DS Luigi's Mansion. Picking one will result in a 30 point penalty.
Glitching = -50
Hacks = D/q though none of us hack anyway

GBA Riverside Park has terrible position lag, N64 Choco Mountain is backward and ridiculously long, and DS Luigi's Mansion has ridiculous offroad however I am open to unbanning this track, vote in the poll.
